BReathe; You're Totally Fine.

The meaning of life is to live. living is about experiences, experiences becoming memories, and how the past shapes your present to influence future. This book is made up of everyday extraordinary experiences. The pages come from my real journal, from my real thoughts and my real feelings. Thoughts and feelings about what it is to be alive, day after day after day, after day. It is a search for a state of mind, for a perspective to comfort me in any situation I find myself in. really though, it’s a documentation of my coming to really love myself as I am, and in turn just trying to help others feel the same. Ultimately we all stem from the same great universal consciousness, so I feel that these thoughts are those which everyone and anyone could relate to. please enjoy <3
